Christine and Queen’s journey began in the buzzing world of call centers, where they worked side by side for years. Day in and day out, they handled customer concerns, learned the ins and outs of client communication, and built a solid friendship grounded in mutual respect, ambition, and a shared dream of creating something more.

After years in the industry, they both decided it was time for a change—something that offered more freedom, flexibility, and purpose. That’s when they discovered the world of Virtual Assistance. Christine took a deep dive into HVAC services, quickly becoming an expert in supporting contractors and service-based businesses with backend operations and admin support. Meanwhile, Queen carved her own niche in Social Media Management and Website Building, helping brands grow their digital presence from scratch.​​

They loved their new roles, but something kept tugging at them—a desire to help others do the same.

They knew how many talented people were stuck in jobs that didn’t fulfill them, just like they once were. And with their combined experience, skill sets, and passion for mentoring, the idea for Ideal VA Solution was born.

At first, they started small—hiring and mentoring aspiring VAs via Upwork, guiding them through the process of building their profiles, landing clients, and delivering excellent service. The response was incredible. People were eager to learn and grow, and Christine and Queen were more than happy to lift as they climbed.

By 2024, it was clear: this wasn’t just a side project anymore. It was a mission. That’s when they officially launched Ideal VA Solution as a full-fledged agency—with a dedicated website, personalized training, and a growing team of passionate, highly skilled VAs.

Today, Ideal VA Solution is more than just an agency—it’s a community. A place where aspiring Virtual Assistants are empowered, businesses find reliable remote talent, and two former call center agents prove that with grit, heart, and vision, anything is possible.
