Our hiring process at Ideal VA Solutions is designed to build a highly skilled pool of virtual assistants. Candidates first go through application screening, skills assessment, and an in-depth interview. Successful candidates join our roster for “pooling,” which means they’ll be matched with clients whose needs align with their skills.Once matched, VAs undergo an interview with the client to ensure compatibility before onboarding. This differs from traditional BPOs where job offers may be immediate. For those seeking immediate work, we suggest exploring other opportunities.

Submit Application
Candidates complete an online application form, including their resume and a cover letter detailing relevant experience and skills. -
Initial Screening
Our recruitment team reviews applications to assess alignment with our values, technical skills, and experience requirements. -
Skills Assessment
Shortlisted applicants complete a skills assessment focused on relevant areas such as customer service, administration, and technical tasks. -
Interview
Qualified candidates attend a virtual interview with our team to discuss experience, work ethic, and alignment with Ideal VA Solutions’ mission.

Once you have been successfully accepted to our roster, a portfolio will be made and be presented to our clients. If you are one of the chosen candidates by the client, we will invite you for an interview with the client to help them decide if they want to proceed with your service. If other candidate was chosen, don't worry as you will be endorsed to another one we think that is perfect for your skill sets.
