No, we do not require a lock-in period. We want to provide flexibility for our clients based on their needs. Should you wish to cancel, simply notify us at least 14 days in advance so we can process your request accordingly.

Yes, you can add extra hours beyond your retainer. The same per-hour rate and platform fee will apply. Please inform our team before the cut-off date, which is every 20th of the month.

Yes, you are given a 14-day grace period during your first month to assess if your VA is the right fit. If you decide it’s not working out, we can help you find a better match.
