We carefully vet and select candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural fit to provide you with a shortlist of the best matches. Once you have selected your ideal candidate, we will invite them for a meeting with you to help you decide if you want to finally proceed with onboarding the VA. Take note that you can choose multiple candidates to allow options during the interview.
onboarding and training
We facilitate the onboarding process and provide any necessary training to ensure VAs are ready to contribute from day one. After choosing your VA, we will ask the necessary details such as logins or tools they will use and provide support with additional training if needed before stepping into the task.
